Leadership Development
As valued members of our business team, I encourage individuals to develop and grow, supported and guided by their manager. While I can show an associate how to create a development plan, it is more meaningful when one trains managers to work directly with their team members to create development plans. I believe that each person’s leader is their most effective, committed career coach, so my goal is to develop effective developmental partnerships instead of focusing only on individuals. The approach allows leaders and their teams to develop together, and it is an outcome of our work to build individual, team, and organizational capability.
