I am an avid supporter of all employee resource groups and was honored to be able to co-found the visABLE ERG, which celebrates and honors all GameStop associates, with or without disabilities, their allies, and their advocates. “Through visABLE, I got the opportunity to advocate for others and share the story of my amazing son and the unique way he sees the world. Truly humbled to serve this ERG and ‘be the voice’ on behalf of parents everywhere.”
Mission.
visible was created to protect all GameStop associates by advocating and growing a barrier-free workforce so that the focus is on the person rather than the disability and that they have equal opportunity in the workplace and a career without limitations.

Share - To overcome adversity and help increase understanding and acceptance of individuals with impairments, we educate teams about disabilities – visible and invisible – to drive a successful, inclusive community at and beyond the workplace
Grow - Place an emphasis on hiring and developing of associates with disabilities creating meaningful job placement opportunities. Offer mentorship for associates around GameStop’s diverse and inclusive culture and business
